We only accept refunds in the following cases:
• The product does not match the item ordered (wrong model, color, or design).
• The item contains a serious spelling or customization error made by us.
• The product arrives damaged or with a major defect due to a production.
In these cases, the refund will be full and completely free of charge.

• The customer changes their mind or wishes to alter the order after production has started.

2. Our team will review your case within 3 business days.
3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You won’t need to pay any shipping or handling fees if the error was ours.
